 Un des rares groupes américains adepte de l'école de Canterburry,
( Hatfield and the North , Caravan , National Health ,...)
Leur rock progressif, influencé aussi par  Soft Machine , est marqué
par un caractère jazzy, une musique aventureuse, dissonante, foisonnante,
faite de breaks, de thèmes enchevêtrés et de multiples trouvailles
passionnantes, de doux illuminés, à la technique sans faille,
qui peuvent faire penser à un groupe comme  King Crimson .
Dans le genre on fait difficilement mieux !!!
