Angleterre  -  rock progressif Canterbury -  **** 

Né de la dissolution de  Hatfield and the North  en 1975, National Health
proposait le même rock progressif canterburyen flambloyant, connexion
puissante entre styles complexes de rock progressif et jazz rock,
poursuivant la démarche du groupe précédemment cité avec les descentes
de claviers typiques de  Dave Stewart , la frappe métronomique & sèche
de  Bill Bruford , et la guitare saturée de  Phil Miller .
Le groupe démontre un sens évident à construire des compositions
très orchestrées et leur interprétation atteint la perfection.
Un jazz-rock , léché, subtil, aux multiples breaks et aux nombreux développements instrumentaux alambiqués.
Pour tout amateur de progressif jazzy et 70’s, un groupe incontournable
et marquant de la mouvance Canterbury, à ne pas manquer !!!
