Un groupe aux influences variées,
Yes , Genesis , Rush , ELP , Kansas , Jethro Tull ,
" Perelandra " est dans un style Yes , ELP , .. hautement symphonique,
claviers luxuriants, sens mélodique évident, très intéressant !
" On to evermore " est un mélange de progressif raffiné anglais des 70s
et rock FM west-coast, mélodieux et très bien produit,
aux belles envolées de claviers, superbe album !
" lex rex " encore un grand album, très inspiré.
" The Inconsolable Secret ", peut-être l'album qui résume le mieux
Glass Hammer , il mélange habilement rock et classique
comme le faisait Yes à la grande époque,
on y trouve 2 longs morceaux sur le premier cd, et une série de chansons
et d'instrumentaux sur le deuxième, les arrangements orchestraux sont somptueux, avec orgue Hammond, guitares raffinées, trois bons chanteurs,
superbe chanteuse , et chorale féminine, et pour couronner le tout
une superbe pochette signée Roger Dean !
