Adventure  est un projet monté au milieu des années 90, par 2 scandinaves
nostalgiques des seventies,  Terje Flessen  et  Odd Roar Bakken .
Après un premier album voici quatre ans, le groupe nous revient en 2009
avec ce " Beacon of light ". Nos deux nostalgiques sont entourés de
nombreux musiciens d'horizons divers, une concept qui a l'ambition
d'aborder des sujets à la fois universels et profonds, de la sauvegarde de
la planète à la religion et au racisme... Un opus divisé en sept pièces,
qui mélange tons hard rock, progressif, symphonique et folk, avec des
mélodies qui nous replongent dans des ambiances progressives très 70's,
riches en arrangements, claviers vintages, guitare et flûte. Une multitude
d'ambiances et de styles, dont les influences naviguent entre  Jethro Tull ,
Camel , Deep Purple , Uriah Heep , Lucassen , ELP  ou  Flower Kings .
Les amateurs de prog seventies vont apprécier.
