Après 15 ans, 10 albums, le cycle des sagas fantastiques a pris fin. Luca Turilli  et
Alex Staropoli  ont décidé d’un commun accord de se séparer et de poursuivre leurs
carrières artistiques chacun de leur côté. La séparation a été annoncée officiellement
en août 2011. Alex Staropoli  utilise toujours le nom de  RHAPSODY OF FIRE
tandis que le groupe du guitariste s’appelle  LUCA TURILLI’S RHAPSODY .
