Panzerpappa propose un album instrumental dans un style qui se situe
dans la mouvance progressive avant-gardiste, il pioche sa personnalité
aussi bien chez Frank Zappa , que dans le jazz moderne et atmosphérique,
le rock progressif ( claviers de King Crimson ), la musique contemporaine,
avec une pointe de zeuhl ( Magma ). On a affaire ici à du très bon
rock progressif avec des claviers ( orgue et mellotron) avec une
approche très jazz sur le fond ( guitare saxo ) mais aussi Canterbury
( piano électrique ) saupoudré d'une petite dose folk scandinave
( Samla Mammas Manna ), le tout soutenu par une excellente rythmique.
Un univers riche parfois hermétique, ou le saxophone est dominant,
en particulier dans les thèmes à l'unisson avec une guitare très discrète.
