  " until eternity " rock progressif incisif et énergique, s'avère hard symphonique,
    tout en restant moins violent que le hard progressif, avec un style bien à eux .
  " excelsior " nouvelle race de progressif pas loin du métal ou de la meilleure     fusion, étonne par sa maîtrise technique, un grand disque !
  " angels of the apocalypse "  toujours symphonique, métal, technique, avec
gros son, bon chant, un opus de progressif énergique subtilement arrangé !
Retour en 2010 de la bande des frères  Berends  après dix ans d'absence,
avec une nouvelle recrue au chant,  Tracy McShane , le reste du groupe n’a
pas changé avec les frères  Berends , Bill et Rich et le claviériste de
Stratovarius , Jens Johansson . Avec l'album " Insomnia " Mastermind
s’inscrit plus dans la mouvance métal mélodique.
