Hollande  -  neo-progressif symphonique  -  ***

Knight Area , formation néerlandaise née en 1982, est au départ
le projet solo du claviériste  Gerben Klazinga . Le groupe distille
une musique aux influences néo-progressives naviguant entre  I Q ,
Collage , Satellite , Camel , Genesis , Marillion , Pink Floyd ,..
en se rapprochant aujourd’hui plus de  Pendragon  et  Arena  
pour le côté plus heavy. Knight Area , nous propose de splendides oeuvres faites d'un rock progressif symphonique mélodique de
haute volée, une musique enjouée, efficace, sorte de
" néo-seventies " aux superbes claviers symphoniques et envolées
de guitares, avec un chant tout à fait la hauteur, tout est bien
en place pour ces superbes albums fort bien produits.
