Indonésie  -  psychédélique / space-rock  -  ***

Ce quatuor Indonésien mené par le bassiste  Iman Ismar  a sorti à ce jour
deux albums, l'éponyme " Imanissimo " (2002) et l'ambitieux " Z's Diary "
( 2004 ) un concept-album divisé en quatre mouvements, auquel participe
une vingtaine d'invités, musiciens et chanteurs, album racontant l'histoire
d'un certain " Capitaine Z ". Imanissimo  mêle habilement psychédélique,
progressif symphonique, heavy metal, world music, sons ethniques,
un mélange de psychédélique à la  Ozric tentacles , Pink Floyd ,
Porcupine Tree  et de riffs métal façon  Dream Theater  et  Fates Warning .
Une musique étrange et difficile à cerner, pas toujours mélodique,
entre musique répétitive et pulsatile, passages metal fusion, expérimental,
avec aussi un parfum d' Anglagard ( Hybris ), comment un groupe venu d'Indonésie peut faire ce genre de musique, mystère !!!
Une rareté à découvrir !!!
