Cet artiste anglais pas très connu a produit de splendides albums de
progressif symphonique, c'est un guitariste que l'on peut comparer à
Steve Hackett , Anthony Phillips , Pete Townsend , Bert Jansch , ou
John Renbourn . Une musique progressivement très inspirée, entre rock et classique, faite de petits chef-d'oeuvres symphoniques et délicats,
aux arpèges de guitares cristallins et aux somptueux claviers aériens
et virevoltants, aux solos de guitares se faisant tantôt Genesissiens,
tantôt Cameliens, arborant une ineffable émotion et un jeu parfait techniquement et stylistiquement, assaisonné de folk ou d'influences
celtiques, le tout dans une haute teneur mélodique.
De nombreux musiciens ont participés à ses albums : les batteurs
Simon Phillips , Clive Bunker et Ian Mosley , le bassiste John G. Perry ,
le violoniste Ric Sanders et le claviériste Rod Edwards ....
