Galliard  produit un jazz-rock dans la lignée de l'école de Canterbury,
dont la particularité vient des instruments utilisés pour accompagner le trio guitare-basse-batterie, en effet le groupe utilise une tonitruante section de
cuivres, à la difference d'un  Camel  qui utilise la flûte, Caravan  le saxo
et  Curved Air  le violon. Deux albums qui naviguent entre jazz-rock
Canterburien, jazz, psychédélique, ballade folk, soul et rythm’n’blues.
Un groupe cuivré pour tous amateurs de jazz-rock et rock progressif.
