Merrell Fankhauser  est un chanteur, parolier et guitariste, qui a été le plus actif
dans les années 1960 / 70, avec des groupes comme  The Impacts , Exiles ,
Fapardokly , HMS Bounty , Fankhauser-Cassidy Band  et  MU .
Lorsque  MU  éclate au milieu des années 70, Fankhauser  a commencé à
travailler comme artiste solo, avec la publication d'une série d'albums,
plutôt folk-rock rappelant parfois  Crosby , Still & Nash .
