The Equals  est un groupe anglais mené par  Eddy Grant , qui fera par la
suite une carrière solo. Leur plus gros tube reste bien sûr " baby come back ", cependant il ne faudrait pas croire que  The Equals  n'ont fait que ça,
dans leur discographie on découvre de nombreux excellents morceaux
comme ce " police on my back" , qui sera repris par  The Clash .
