Embryo  groupe allemand des 70's, mêle rock, jazz et musiques ethniques,
de la world-music avant l'heure ! Il intègre rythmes et instrumentation rock
(orgue, guitare...) et elements exotiques ( musiques d'Arabie, du moyen orient,...), afin d'en offrir une fusion qualifiée d'ethnic progressive rock.
