Les  Doors  ont marqué le monde du rock, de 1965, date de leur formation,
à 1971, date de la mort entourée de mystère de leur
chanteur. Jim Morrison  qui a largement introduit la poésie dans
le monde du rock avec ses textes symboliques qui sont encore
aujourd’hui d’une puissance rare, qui mieux que lui incarne la trilogie
« sex, drugs et rock ‘n’ roll » ? Symbole sexuel, il est de notoriété publique
qu’il carburait aux produits psychotropes et qu’il avait une
vraie attitude rock ‘n’ roll faite de provocations et de révolte contre
le système. Il était aussi un manipulateur hors pair des foules.
