The Chambers Brothers  est une formation mythique de San Fransisco
des années 60 / 70, composé de noirs et d'un blanc à la batterie, ils font
partis de cette génération de groupes mixtes, pratiquant un son à leur image,
ici un mélange de rock blanc psyché, avec du gospel, de la soul, du funk
musclé, le tout avec une certaine classe. Leur chef d'oeuvre reste l'album
" the time has come " (et son odyssée de 12 minutes " time has come today " ).
