Amen Corner  scrutera la première place des hits anglais en 1969,
avec ce pastiche pop bon enfant (If paradise is) Half as nice, reprise d'un
standard du folkeux Italien  Lucio Battisti . Malgré ce succès, ils se sépareront
fin 1969. Mais les  Amen Corner  jouissent encore de nos jours d'une
surestime que l'écoute de leurs trois albums suffise à enterrer .....
